About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to define and build the growth function for a rapidly expanding platform with a million users and a clear mission. You will architect and scale the systems that convert our user base into a robust product-led growth (PLG) engine, directly impacting the future of on-chain analytics.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute Dune’s comprehensive growth strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
Build and manage a high-impact growth team focused on B2B self-serve and enterprise PLG.
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives by partnering with product, marketing, design, and sales.
Establish and scale the systems, processes, and infrastructure for turning signups into paying enterprise customers.
Oversee data-driven experimentation, including in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, and A/B tests.
Build and manage a data function to instrument funnels, analyze user behavior, and drive actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to create a seamless handoff between self-serve users and enterprise opportunities.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in B2B growth and/or product roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven success in B2B SaaS, data, API, or PLG environments, particularly with self-serve to enterprise motions.
