About This Role
Alchemy powers over $1 trillion in transactions, scales Layer 2 networks, and underpins DeFi innovation for giants like JPMorgan, Stripe, and Visa. This is your chance to own full-funnel growth strategy at the company building the foundational infrastructure layer for a decentralized, AI-enabled crypto ecosystem. You won't start from zero—you'll inherit a working AI-powered SEO/AEO engine, an established tech stack, and active agency partnerships—then decide what evolves next.
What You'll Be Doing
Own end-to-end funnel visibility, from self-serve signups through enterprise sales pipelines, surfacing data the whole company can act on
Set channel investment strategy each half-year cycle, allocating budget across paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle marketing, and web
Continuously re-rank channels by ROI and reallocate spend toward what's driving real signups and pipeline for our blockchain developer platform
Evaluate and evolve existing tools and agency relationships based on measurable performance
Scout emerging channels and product-led growth signals as the web3 and distributed ledger landscape shifts
Build and lead a specialist team, hiring and managing as high-ROI opportunities demand dedicated ownership
Present growth performance and strategic recommendations during twice-yearly marketing planning cycles
What We're Looking For
8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a developer-focused B2B company with both self-serve and enterprise motions
Proven experience building full-funnel measurement systems from the ground up
Deep understanding of connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups and revenue pipeline
Strong analytical instincts paired with the confidence to defend budget decisions with data
Comfort operating autonomously in a high-ownership, strategic role
Experience managing agencies, tool stacks, and cross-functional stakeholders
Bonus Points
Prior experience marketing blockchain, crypto, or smart contract infrastructure products
Familiarity with AEO (answer engine optimization) and AI-driven SEO systems
Background working alongside product teams to convert product-led signals into growth motions
Experience in high-growth, venture-backed tech environments
