Requirements
Responsbilities Develop, execute, and optimize content and creator growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage content programming, including setup, targeting, budgeting, execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking to ensure timely delivery and maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, including user engagement, activation, and retention, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance. Analyze product usage data, campaign performance metrics, market trends, and competitive insights to generate actionable recommendations for growth strategies, product improvements, and partnership opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in operations, marketing, or growth, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry. Startup mentality with a hands-on approach to tasks. Excellent data skills with the ability to quickly track and analyze growth. Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective strategies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote global teams. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, creator economy and best practices in crypto and digital marketing.
