As a Senior Security Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and customer impact, helping the most sophisticated crypto-native organizations secure billions of dollars in on-chain value. What You'll Be Doing
Partner directly with protocol teams, bridges, and DeFi platforms to architect tailored security solutions using Hypernative's detection engine
Translate complex blockchain threat models into actionable guidance for customers protecting decentralized applications
Serve as the technical bridge between engineering, product, and customers to resolve high-stakes security incidents in real time
Design and refine monitoring strategies for smart contracts, on-chain transactions, and emerging attack vectors
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmap based on frontline customer and exploit intelligence
Build trusted relationships with crypto-native organizations, becoming their go-to advisor on distributed systems security
What We're Looking For
5+ years in security engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical customer-facing roles
Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract mechanics, and on-chain data analysis
Hands-on experience with DeFi platforms, bridges, or crypto infrastructure security
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
Comfort operating in high-pressure, fast-moving incident response scenarios
Self-starter mentality suited to a rapidly evolving web3 startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience responding to real-world blockchain exploits or conducting smart contract audits
Familiarity with threat detection tooling across multiple distributed ledger ecosystems
Background working directly with DeFi protocols, exchanges, or crypto-native enterprises
Contributions to open-source security tools within the blockchain community
