About This Role
This isn't a coffee-run internship—it's a seat at the table as we explore how crypto, smart contracts, and DeFi infrastructure can reshape global markets. You'll partner directly with technologists and market experts who are actively building the future of digital assets within a firm that has consistently led market innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting marketing initiatives that communicate Tradeweb's digital assets and blockchain strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Researching trends across crypto, DeFi, and tokenized securities to inform business decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft content around distributed ledger technology and smart contract applications
Assisting in the development of go-to-market materials for emerging digital asset products
Analyzing competitor positioning within the blockchain and web3 financial ecosystem
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership at the conclusion of the program
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field, graduating in 2028
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, decentralized finance, and digital asset markets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Bonus Points
Prior coursework or projects involving blockchain, crypto, or smart contracts
Familiarity with major DeFi protocols or tokenization platforms
Experience with content creation tools or social media strategy
Exposure to capital markets or fintech internships
